Homework Club

In 2009 Haald launched a weekly tutoring program (the ‘homework club’) for refugee children aged between 10-16 years. Several tutors assist the children with homework and assignment preparation and provide support in English conversation, reading, math and science.

As an Engineering company we are keen to encourage those, who show an interest in engineering to pursue this interest. Consequently the homework club decided to offer training in Engineering design software giving the students an opportunity to actively practice engineering design. Three talented students are currently working on the design of a go-cart. :: see more ::
